big fan of Ms. de la Cruz books

ok i got to admit, im a HUGE fan of Ms. MELISSA DE LA CRUZ books.. preferably her BLUE BLOOD NOVELS and her upcoming new books, WITCHES OF EAST END and WOLF PACT, looking forward to that...I mean i love reading fiction especially those involve magical and supernatural stuffs. so maybe that explain how i really love her books..

Since Im talking all about her, i would like to share some infos about how brilliant her works is and how awesome she is. To start off Im proud to say that she's a Filipina, I remember reading her life story featured in one magazine here. How she started to read and love books and her fave bookstore is the bookstore i really love now and forever, the National Bookstore. Aww.. really love her, I hope someday i could meet her--attend to her book tours... *cross fingers*

Oh, did i mention she tweeted to me... that's the best part, she sometimes tweeted back to her fans... i remember last year she said "hello" and the next tweet she said "hello Manila" (even im not from Manila) it feels good that she still love and acknowledge being a Filipina.

For now im looking forward for her upcoming books... really.. i just read the synopsis, and i was like.. cant wait to grab a copy of it.

WITCHES OF EAST END by Melissa de la Cruz
her 1st Adult Paranormal Series
Release: June 21, 2011

 Synopsis (Product Description):

It’s the beginning of summer in North Hampton, and beautiful Freya Beauchamp is celebrating her engagement to wealthy Bran Gardiner, the heir to Fair Haven and Gardiners Island. But Freya is drawn to Bran’s gorgeous but unreliable brother Liam, and sparks fly when the two decide to play a dangerous game of desire, following an ancient story of love, betrayal and tragedy that harks back to the days of Valhalla.

Witches of East End follows the Beauchamp family—the formidable matriarch Joanna and her daughters Freya and Ingrid. Freya, a sexy bartender, has a potion to cure every kind of heartache, while Ingrid, the local librarian, solves complicated domestic problems with her ability to tie magical knots. Joanna is the witch to see when modern medicine has no more answers; her powers can wake the dead. Everything seems to be going smoothly until a young girl, Molly Lancaster, goes missing after taking one of Freya’s irresistible cocktails. As more of the town’s residents begin disappearing, everyone seems to have the same suspects in mind: the Beauchamp women.

Fraught with love affairs and witchcraft, Witches of East End…
